Nick is an experienced accountant, analyst and manager with over 20 years’ spent in commercial accounting, reporting, analysis, and management of staff both in Australia and the UK. His background has predominately been in Construction and Property Development, with time spent in Banking, Healthcare, and Resorts also featuring in his career. Having held positions within large and small publicly listed and private organisations, his measured and friendly approach in dealing with internal departments as well as external stakeholders fosters exceptional relationships and working environments. His extensive experience across various accounting packages, audit requirements and statutory reporting obligations ensures compliance and transparency is always maintained. He is driven to deliver results, build relationships, and continue to improve the business in the future.

BEDROOM

Each bedroom is a fully private suite designed for comfort and independence. It includes a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and ample storage. For added security and peace of mind, each room is fitted with a personal digital door lock, ensuring tenants enjoy a secure, self-contained living space within a shared home.

BUTLER PANTRY

The butler’s pantry is a thoughtfully designed, secure storage area that enhances functionality and privacy in shared living. Each tenant is provided with their own lockable pantry space, allowing them to store personal food items and kitchen essentials separately and ensuring organised, clutter-free communal cooking areas while supporting the independence and convenience that coliving residents value.

DINING ROOM

The dining room is a central, shared space positioned adjacent to the open-plan kitchen. Featuring a spacious dining table that comfortably accommodates multiple tenants it is an ideal space for everything from work-from-home days to shared meals. The layout promotes ease of movement and natural interaction, while maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere that complements the home's overall balance of privacy and communal living.

KEYPAD LOCKS

The keypad locks provide modern, keyless entry at both the front door and individual bedroom doors, ensuring a secure and seamless living experience. Tenants enjoy the convenience of digital access, eliminating the need for physical keys while enhancing safety. Each bedroom is equipped with a unique code, offering residents private and secure access to their personal space.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is a fully equipped, open-plan space designed for both independent and shared use. It includes modern appliances, ample bench space and lockable pantry storage for each tenant. To ensure a hassle-free living experience, all cutlery, crockery, cookware and cooking utensils are provided, so tenants can move in and cook from day one. Thoughtfully designed for functionality and flow, the kitchen supports comfortable, communal living while respecting each resident’s need for convenience and independence.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is a welcoming shared space designed to encourage relaxation and connection. Fully furnished with comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV and styled for everyday use, it serves as the heart of the home. Positioned within an open-plan layout, the living area seamlessly connects to the kitchen and dining spaces, creating a natural hub.

PERSONAL ENSUITE

The ensuite is a private, fully equipped bathroom attached to each tenant’s bedroom, offering a high level of comfort, convenience and personal space. Each ensuite includes a modern shower, toilet, vanity and quality fixtures, ensuring a clean and functional environment.
